Download questions
Do I need an account to download? +
Yes. Everyone must register an account and sign in; the free tier includes a 3-day free trial (5 downloads per day + media library).
The download failed or keeps stalling. +
Try the mirror first — some networks block the primary host. If it still stalls, check the download troubleshooting article.
Is the installer safe to run? +
Compare the SHA-256 hash above with your file, and check the published multi-engine scan report before running it.
Which version should I pick? +
Windows 10 or later for Windows, macOS 10.13 or later for Mac. The macOS build is universal, so it runs on Intel and Apple silicon.
